The Moinian Group has signed a 10-year, 749-square-foot lease with Sisu Aesthetic Clinic, the doctor-led aesthetic medicine destination at Aria 7 Platt in Manhattan’s Financial District. This marks a key milestone for the retail component of the recently completed development and marks the first step in activating the property’s 3,394 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

Sisu Aesthetic Clinic offers a range of advanced cosmetic and aesthetic treatments and will bring a modern, experience-driven concept to the property, complementing the area’s increasing residential population and steady office foot traffic.

The Moinian Group was represented by Meridian Retail Leasing in the transaction. Sisu was represented by Tungsten Property.

“This transaction speaks to the continued evolution of the Financial District, where demand is increasingly being driven by experiential and service-oriented retail,” said Gregg Weisser, executive managing director of commercial and retail real estate at The Moinian Group. “Sisu aligns with how this neighborhood is maturing, catering to a growing residential base while complementing the area’s workforce. It is a strong first step towards curating a thoughtful and complementary retail mix and we look forward to welcoming additional operators as we continue growing the property’s retail component.”

Located at 102-110 John Street, the retail component is part of Aria 7 Platt, a newly developed 38-story, 250-unit luxury residential tower at 7 Platt Street by The Moinian Group. The glass-clad development delivers a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom residences, as well as penthouse units, alongside a comprehensive suite of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, lounges, private dining spaces and a rooftop sundeck.

Aria 7 Platt is strategically positioned in the heart of the Financial District, offering immediate access to the Fulton Street transit hub, multiple ferry routes and a wide range of dining, retail and cultural destinations. The project introduces thoughtfully designed retail frontage along both John and Platt Streets, creating an integrated live-work-play environment that serves the neighborhood’s growing residential community and daily workforce.
