AMTD Group Inc., AMTD IDEA Group, AMTD Digital Inc. and The Generation Essentials Group, a subsidiary of AMTD Digital, jointly announced that during this year, the group has successfully completed the acquisitions of four hotels: The Ritz-Carlton, Perth; AMTD IDEA Tribeca Hotel in New York; AMTD Dao by Dorsett Hornsey in London; and AMTD IDEA KL Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, for a total consideration of approximately US$207 million.

These four recent acquisitions, together with iclub AMTD Sheung Wan Hotel in Hong Kong and Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore acquired in 2019, have brought the Group’s hotel portfolio to a mature stage, comprising close to 1,000 rooms across major international gateway cities on four continents. This portfolio now constitutes a distinct and solid business segment under the AMTD Hotels Group.

AMTD expects a significant increase in the revenue of the hospitality business arm, contributing positively to the total revenue in its Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ending June 30, 2026, primarily driven by the consolidation of these newly acquired hotel assets and their positive performance.

AMTD reaffirms to investors the group’s commitment to expanding its global hotel footprint and its plans to actively pursue additional strategic acquisition opportunities in the  hospitality sector globally and establishing a well-recognised AMTD Hotels brand.
