In the latest in a series of moves that bolster the firm’s tenant and landlord representation services Helmsley Spear has named Randy Sherman as executive managing director.
“Randy brings 30 years of experience to Helmsley Spear,” said Kent M. Swig, president of Helmsley Spear. “His extensive knowledge of the market and his ability to adapt to its ever-changing landscape will be invaluable to the tenants, owners and landlords with whom we work.”
Sherman has closed over six million square feet of commercial leasing transactions with major corporations. Prior to joining Helmsley Spear, Sherman served as executive managing director of MHP Real Estate Services for more than 20 years. While at MHP, Sherman served as the eastern regional vice president for TCN Worldwide. He also served as a vice president with Broadwall Brokerage and Consulting, structuring relationships with many Fortune 100 companies. He graduated from American University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
In recent weeks, the firm has named James Emden vice chairman and Eric Lassoff as managing director.
