It’s the holiday season, one where we’ll actually be able to gather and celebrate in a manner closer to normal. Enjoy!

KMI is the largest self-defense education organization in the U.S., and its New York City chapter is the only fully-certified Krav Maga school in the city, said Newmark, which brokered the lease. On the Road Again

Hudson — a Dufry company with more than 1,000 stores in airports, commuter hubs, landmarks and tourist destinations across North America — unveiled a new vision for Brookstone airport stores, reflecting Hudson’s commitment to reinvigorating the brand after becoming its exclusive airport retailer in 2019. Elements of the new sleek, ultra-modern store design and expanded product assortment have been incorporated into the recent openings at Nashville International Airport (BNA), Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC), Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, with plans to open new stores with the full redesign in the coming months.

Toys for Tots

Myplasticheart, the designer toy shop, has relocated after a 15-year tenure at 210 Forsyth St. to 40 Greenpoint Ave. in Brooklyn.

Way Out West

Stores are opening on and near the left coast, too, report our friends at WWD. Olympian track and field start Allyson Felix and her brother Wes have opened Saysh, a studio/ event space at the Platform retail and dining center in Culver City, California. An expanded (from 5,000 square feet to 8,000 square feet) and redesigned Chanel store has debuted at the Wynn Las Vegas. The new store also features an outdoor terrace overlooking the resort’s signature waterfall. And Scotch & Soda will open 15 stores and seven in-store boutiques by year-end around the world and a digital store on Tmall in China.

Have a happy and healthy holiday season!
