Convenience retailer 7-Eleven continues to expand in New York City, signing leases for three new locations in Manhattan totaling more than 8,000 square feet, announced Katz & Associates. All are slated to open in the first quarter.
A 3,471-square-feet branch will be located at 675 Eighth Avenue. The landlord was represented by David Green and Zach Nathan of Colliers International. A 2,800-square-foot store will open at 800 Sixth Avenue. David Yablon of Katz & Associates represented the landlord. The third location, at 110 Church Street, will have 2,500 square feet. The landlord was represented by Ross Berkowitz, Jake Siegel, and Andrew Stern of Newmark. Scott Sher, managing director at Katz & Associates, represented the tenant in all negotiations.

7-Eleven continues to be an active tenant, working with Sher for additional prime, high-traffic locations.
