Floridians hungry for new restaurant concepts will soon have a new option: Divieto Ristorante just signed on for a 5,907-square-foot restaurant at 2729 North University Drive in Coral Springs. Opening is expected in the fourth quarter of this year.
Daniel Solomon and Karen Maerovitz of Katz & Associates represented the landlord, and Barrett Wolf of Wolf Co. Real Estate represented Divieto Ristorante.
“The market is hot in Broward County suburbs and we were able to sign a lease to bring Divieto to Coral Springs,” said Solomon and Maerovitz of Katz & Associates. “We’re excited for area residents to enjoy the amazing dining concept.”
The Coral Springs location will be Divieto’s fourth restaurant, joining locations in Doral, Estero, and Aventura, Florida. Divieto, Italian for “prohibition,” takes diners back to the Roaring 20s with décor and ambiance of the era. It offers more than 70 signature Italian dishes, all made from scratch using local ingredients, including pizzas and pastas. An extensive bar offering includes wine, traditional ccktails and a list of 1920s-inspired custom drinks.
