Publix Supermarket has relocated and expanded within The Shoppes at St. Lucie West in Port St. Lucie, Florida, opening its new, 54,965-square-foot prototype. Katz & Associates’ Jon Cashion and Daniel Solomon, CCIM, represented Hampshire Companies and Redfearn Capital on the lease.
“We are excited to be able to help Publix continue to serve their customers by helping them expand within the center to one of their newest prototypes,” said Cashion and Solomon.
The former Publix store at St. Lucie West was 48,000 square feet. The former space will be split among three tenants, including a 28,000-square-foot Bealls Outlet/Home Centric combination store that Cashion and Solomon secured.
