Harlem Shake will bring its burgers and more to Brooklyn at 119 Fifth Avenue, announced Katz & Associates. Katz & Associates Director David Yablon represented Harlem Shake through Resolute RE’s Sherry Naquin Sanchez and Spencer Bowman in the transaction.
“It was exciting to help Harlem Shake find an ideal location — a great corner in Park Slope in Brooklyn — to expand their iconic brand,” Yablon said. “Since they first opened in 2013, Harlem Shake has been an integral part of the local community and has won numerous awards for their, burgers, fried chicken, milkshakes, and more! We know the Brooklyn location will also be a huge success.”
The 1,200-square-foot eatery (with another 1,200 square feet in the basement) will sport the same diner-like design as the original restaurant.
