Food Garden Market will open a grocery at Saint Marks Place, a condominium development in Brooklyn, New York’s Boerum Hill in the first quarter of next year. Food Garden Market will operate the 11,000-square-foot space, divided between 8,000 square feet of ground-level space and 3,000 square feet of lower-level space.
Brendan Thrapp and Nate Mallon of 518 Real Estate Advisors were brokers of record for the landlord, Avdoo & Partners Development, and tenant.
Saint Marks Place will consist of 100 condominium residences ranging from studios to four bedrooms. Exteriors and interiors will be created by Inc Architecture & Design, with landscaped gardens by Terrain, and a 360-degree holistic wellness and fitness environment curated by The Wright Fit.
