Sevan Announces Leadership Promotions

Construction and facility management firm Sevan Multi-Site Solutions Inc. has announced three promotions to the company’s leadership team.

“Every day we make it a priority to hire, train and develop great team members who display our core values and culture,” said Chris Galazka, senior vice President of people at Sevan. “Our goal is to encourage our team members to learn and grow in their careers as we continue to provide the right tools and resources to boost their development and success.”

Amanda Bayless, vice president of operations, has 20 years of experience in program management and real estate development for quick service restaurant (QSR) programs, new build development programs and retail fuel integrated sites. Bayless has been with Sevan for six years and most recently oversaw a team providing program management for one of Sevan’s largest and key restaurant clients.

Stephen Mulligan, vice president of operations, has over 17 years of experience in project management, construction and design. Mulligan has been with Sevan since 2018, working primarily with major retail clients. He manages teams while developing and delivering innovative, world-class solutions.

Chad Ruter, vice president of financial planning and analysis, has been with Sevan since 2020 and offers 14 years of experience in finance and accounting. Ruter develops reporting processes for Sevan’s finance, accounting and operations teams in addition to logging job costs, labor tracking, revenue and profit recognition, and multi-year financial modeling. He is also responsible for the preparation, consolidation and analysis of budgets and forecasts.

“These promotions are a recognition of the positive difference these leaders are making for our clients, partners and importantly — our people,” said Jim Evans, president and CEO of Sevan. “We thank each of them for their contributions, celebrate their career milestones and look forward to their motivating leadership.”
