Essensys Appoints Kang-Kersey as Chief People Officer

Essensys plc, a global provider of mission-critical software and technology to the flexible workspace industry, has appointed Kally Kang-Kersey to the newly created role of chief people officer.

Kang-Kersey will be working with the organization to continue to develop its strong people capabilities and culture. She joins from Zebra Technologies where she was most recently vice president of global talent. Prior to that she worked at Xerox as HR Director.

Kang-Kersey was named on the Ethnic Minority Role Models List 2021–Top Senior Executives. The list, supported by Yahoo Finance, showcases business leaders who are breaking down barriers at work and working hard to smash the ceiling for ethnic minorities.

She joins after other senior appointments including Sarah Harvey as chief financial officer, and James Lowery as CEO UK and Europe.
