Keller Williams New York City (KWNYC), a Manhattan-based real estate brokerage firm specializing in residential and commercial sales and rentals, part of the Keller Williams franchise, announces Allyssa Compton-Disla will replace Lauren Balbuena as the company’s CEO/Team Leader.
Allyssa Compton-Disla comes to KWNYC with 11 years of real estate experience, most recently as Team Leader and Rich Amato’s business partner at Keller Williams in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Prior to that, she spent three years as Team Leader and CEO of the Keller Williams Fort Lee, NJ location, where she was responsible for growing the office to nearly 400 agents. She started her career in real estate as an investor and then became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Keller Williams Hudson Valley, where she quickly grew her business and built a team that she ultimately sold in order to move into leadership. Compton-Disla holds a B.S. in Marketing from Canisius College and is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program at Fordham University.
“Allyssa has been with the company in various positions and is extremely well suited to lead our top agents and teams to help them grow. She is a great fit with the team here in NYC and we are excited to see continued growth under her leadership,” said Richard Amato, operating principal, KWNYC. “I am very proud to introduce Allyssa Compton as our new Team Leader spearheading KWNYC.”
“I am extremely proud of what Rich has been able to accomplish in the NYC office,” says Compton-Disla. “To be a part of the continued growth at this iconic office is both exciting and humbling. I’m eager to serve the agents here and help them grow their business.”
