Sage Realty, the leasing and management division of the William Kaufman Organization, has introduced Oasis, a new amenity program driven by hospitality that will grant tenants access to curated spaces for events, entertainment and collaboration throughout Sage’s office portfolio in New York City.

“Outside of co-working companies, Sage is the first office landlord in NYC to introduce this ‘campus-style’ amenity concept,” said Jonathan Iger, CEO of Sage. “Our goal with Oasis is to offer our tenants the spaces needed to achieve the ultimate work-life balance while allowing for the flexibility to access our properties for different functions. This will ultimately increase efficiencies, allowing for more socialization and enhanced wellness.”

For example, tenants can host a client meeting in the 767 Third Ave. boardroom, and an investor dinner at 437 Madison Ave.’s winter garden. Oasis provides flexibility for Sage tenants and allows their employees to work as efficiently and resourcefully as possible, the company said.

Sage will debut its first two Oasis amenity spaces in Q1 2023 at 437 Madison Ave. and 767 Third Ave., each designed by award-winning design studio Fogarty Finger. 437 Madison Ave.’s Oasis will feature a winter garden, cafe bar, lounge, library, terrace garden, breakout studio, meditation studio and The Forum. The Forum will host configurable space customized to tenants’ needs — from a town hall to a training center, a boardroom and a salon meeting Room. 767 Third Avenue’s Oasis will feature a terrace garden with a film screening area, a cafe bar, lounge, library, board room, salon meeting room, catering kitchen for events and a plaza sculpture garden.

Sage will next bring Oasis to 77 Water St., which will be inclusive of a cafe bar, lounge, library and The Forum (a flexible space that includes a board room, salon meeting room and a town hall).
