Top New York City Agents, Adrian Noriega and Natalie Eisen, Join the Corcoran Group

The Corcoran Group, Manhattan’s #1 residential real estate brokerage firm, recently announced that top New York City agents, Adrian Noriega and Natalie Eisen of the Adrian and Natalie Team, will join the company. Announcement of the move was made by Pamela Liebman, Corcoran’s President and CEO.

With lifetime sales volume of over $300 million, the Adrian and Natalie Team will be affiliated with Corcoran’s Chelsea office, led by Senior Managing Directors Garret Lepaw and Tim Cass. Previously, Noriega and Eisen’s top-producing team at CORE was ranked one of the top teams in New York State by REAL Trends in 2022. Noriega, a returning Corcoran agent, was recognized by REAL Trends for multiple years as one of the nation’s top-performing agents prior to forming the Adrian and Natalie Team, and was featured regularly on HGTV’s real estate series, “Selling New York.”

After sourcing and selling 49 Greene Street, in the heart of Soho’s landmarked Cast Iron Historic District, Noriega masterfully led a $58 million sell-out of four units, with the penthouse closing in 2022 for $32.66 million. DXA Architects restored the 50-foot-wide, six-story building and designed three 3,500-square-foot, full-floor residences, including the new-construction triplex penthouse. Most recently, the Adrian and Natalie Team led sales for the Marlow, a luxury prewar conversion in the Upper West Side, designed by BKSK. They successfully sold 75% of the available inventory, totaling almost $60 million, before moving to Corcoran.

The team’s commitment to delivering exceptional service with integrity while being resourceful and steadfast in their approach is what sets them apart in the competitive New York City market, as proven by a track record of tremendous success.

“We are thrilled to welcome Adrian, Natalie and their team to our high-performing Chelsea office,” said Liebman. “Not only are they well-respected real estate experts, their dedication to their clients sets them apart. I’m confident that Corcoran’s unmatched support will allow them to drive their business even further.”

On their move, Noriega remarked, “Bringing our team to Corcoran was an easy decision—they are the top brokerage in Manhattan and known for their outstanding agent support. Continuing to grow our business in New York City, while expanding into the Hamptons, is a big priority. I’m confident that their storied presence in both markets will help boost our business even further. I will forever be grateful for my time at CORE and owe a great deal of gratitude to Shaun Osher, who was a major driver in our success. I am excited to see how far we can go with the Corcoran brand behind us.”

When not working, Noriega makes time to enjoy his home in East Hampton with his husband and their miniature schnauzers. Eisen, a native of Cincinnati, currently resides in Brooklyn Heights with her husband and their cavapoo.
