The team is now affiliated with Corcoran’s SoHo office, led by Senior Managing Directors Paula Manikowski and Brennan Zahler. Announcement of the move was made by Pamela Liebman, Corcoran’s President and CEO.
Dockery and his team have a career sales volume of over $500M and have completed more than 800 sale and rental transactions throughout their 15 years in the industry. Previously at Compass, they are consistently ranked by RealTrends in the top 1% of real estate agents across the country. While The Prince Team has specific expertise in the Downtown Manhattan market, their knowledge extends across New York City with some notable transactions at 526 E 5th Street and 610 Park Ave. The Prince Team was instrumental in the successful new development sales of 373 Bergen Street and their newest listing coming to market at 434 Throop Avenue in Brooklyn. For both ground-up townhouse conversions, The team was not only tasked with sales but advised on layouts, floorplans, and finishes. The Prince team is also expanding its network north into Westchester County, The Hamptons, and Upstate New York, guiding buyers in their search for their next home.
