Feldman, and Jonathan Helfer Co-Managers of the Residential Real Estate Department. New York City’s largest dedicated residential real estate practice, the department encompasses 20 professionals who successfully and discreetly handle all aspects of residential matters many of which are for high-profile clients across finance, business, sports, and entertainment.

Stephen W. Allen has been practicing in the field of real estate for over 20 years, helping clients navigate often complicated purchase and sale transactions with proven experience and invaluable insights. Unwavering in his commitment to client service, Mr. Allen makes every effort to ensure that objectives are met, and desired results are achieved. Mr. Allen is licensed in New York and Connecticut and is also certified by the New York Department of State to teach continuing education courses to residential real estate agents.

Michael R. Feldman concentrates his practice on representing buyers, sellers and lending institutions in residential and commercial real estate transactions and is well versed in the areas of contract negotiation and due diligence. Upon graduation, initially, Mr. Feldman focused his practice on civil litigation and criminal defense and shifted to transactional real estate after moving to New York in 2010.

Jonathan Helfer has handled and supervised thousands of transactions, from the most basic to the most complex residential and commercial deals over the past 15-plus years. Recognized among clients, brokers, and colleagues for his professionalism and expertise, Mr. Helfer is diligent in his approach and committed to creating a positive experience for all deal participants.
