Partner Valuation Advisors is expanding its U.S. presence in three regions with the addition of two commercial real estate valuation advisory leaders, as well as a valuation training executive. Creighton R. Cross, MAI, AI-GRS, joins as senior valuation advisor in Knoxville, Tennessee; Justin Alexander, MAI, joins as a senior vice president in Seattle and Talani Casariego, MAI, joins as senior vice president and head of training in Georgia.

Since launching in September 2022, Partner Valuation Advisors has grown to more than 50 employees in 20 markets nationally. The Chicago-based firm serves investors, lenders, and real estate occupiers and performs valuation assignments in all 50 states.
Casariego oversees Partner Valuation Advisors professional development program and is based in Georgia. Her real estate career began in 2000, providing litigation support for the Georgia Department of Transportation on properties ranging from high-rise office towers to residential subdivisions. She has experience valuing golf courses, private hangars, subdivisions, mobile home communities, and all the major property types in all asset classes. She was Chief Appraiser at Collateral Evaluation Services, an appraisal management company. Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Casariego was chief reviewer and lead Trainer at Bowery Valuation.
Cross brings nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience valuing and advising on residential and commercial assets, including subdivision developments, office, retail, multifamily and specialty properties in the Southeast. In addition to the traditional financial sector, he has experience as an expert witness for non-lending assignments. Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Cross was owner/president and chief appraiser at Braun & Associates Inc.
Alexander is based in Seattle and serves the larger Pacific Northwest Region. He brings more than six years of appraisal experience encompassing a range of complex properties, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail and large mixed-use development projects, as well as rural markets. Previously, he served as a senior appraiser at Valbridge Property Advisors.
