AMA Group, a nationwide consulting engineering firm, announced that Massoud Safaee has joined the TM Technology Partners Business Unit as managing principal of its Los Angeles office.
“Massoud is a welcome addition to the team and has been brought on to work alongside Tom Morley, Senior Managing Principal at the Los Angeles office to focus on growing the client base and managing projects for the technology design services on the West Coast,” said AMA Chief Executive Officer Arthur Metzler.
Safaee brings more than two decades of experience in the delivery of technology services — audiovisual (AV), information and communications technology (ICT), security and wireless. He has managed over 190 major projects during his time at Syska Hennessy, Arup & Partners, Stantec Consulting Services and TK1SC/WSP.
As a team leader in visioning, planning, design and project management, his previous clients include healthcare, commercial, higher education, aviation and federal agencies. Additionally, Safaee has spoken at several national conferences about healthcare IT design and his writings have been published in several national publications.
