Rosewood Realty Group’s Aaron Jungreis, Ben Khakshoor and Alex Fuchs represented the buyer who plans to renovate the vacant townhouse into a single luxury residence and the seller, The Hineni Organization.

The 6,380 sq. ft. townhouse was built in 1900.
