Adams & Company announced that apparel company Rose + Olive has signed a 8,169-square-foot lease at 463 Seventh Ave. The fashion company is expanding its space on part of the seventh floor and is renting four storage lockers of the 22-story office building. The space will be used for general and executive offices as well as a showroom.
“Located in the heart of Times Square with close proximity to Port Authority, Penn Station and Grand Central, 463 Seventh Avenue is always looking to meet the demands of commuters and employees,” said David Levy of Adams & Co. “Across our portfolio, we aim to attract long lasting tenants that can build their brands in our spaces. For Rose + Olive, this location offered the ideal space to run their business with extra storage as well as work among numerous major fashion labels also located in the building.”
Rose + Olive had occupied 4,247 square feet on part of the seventh floor since 2015, and now will occupy 8,169 square feet on the same floor. Levy of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, The Arsenal Company LLC in the transaction. Asking rent was approximately $49 per square-foot.
