IPA Capital Markets, a Marcus & Millichap division specializing in capital markets services for major private and institutional clients, has hired Max Hulsh as director to its New York team led by Max Herzog and Marko Kazanjian.
Herzog, Kazanjian and associate Andrew Cohen joined IPA Capital Markets in August and Hulsh will work with the team to source debt and equity financings for a variety of property types. He will report to Marc Sznajderman, senior vice president and head of production for the eastern region.

Prior to joining IPA Capital Markets, Herzog, Kazanjian and Cohen served as a team at JLL focused on debt and equity finance capital advisory. Hulsh previously worked as a senior associate with Lev Capital and an underwriter with Ladder Capital. He earned a master’s degree in real estate finance and investment from New York University.
