Avdoo, the New York City-based multi-disciplinary real estate development firm, recently announced the closing of a $47M construction loan for 110 Boerum Place, the firm’s newest residential development in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. The financing, provided by Valley National Bank, represents a pivotal milestone as the project continues to progress on this rare full-block site in Brownstone Brooklyn.

Designed by Brooklyn-based architecture firm Brent Buck Architects, each of the 21 residences feature meticulous craftsmanship and private outdoor space with almost every home including multiple exposures. At Brent Buck’s first condominium development, residents will also enjoy access to a curated collection of sun-filled amenities that spans over 11,000 square feet, as well as on-site parking, private storage, and bike storage.
110 Boerum Place spans the entire block from Dean Street to Pacific Street.
