Gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies will open its first store in New Jersey at Seaview Square in Ocean Township, New Jersey, said R.J. Brunelli & Co. LLC, its preferred real estate representative for the company’s central and southern New Jersey franchisee.
Crumbl fields over 160 shops in 30-plus states. The shops feature a rotating menu of four specialty cookies each week, along with the standard favorites: warm chocolate chip and chilled sugar. Cold milk and gourmet ice cream are also on the menu.
The Old Bridge-based R.J. Brunelli will be working with multi-unit franchisee Karen and Darrell Doucette of Manalapan on site selection and lease execution for locations in the state’s central and southern region. The Doucettes plan on opening three shops within their first year of operation.
The 1,700-square-foot store at Seaview Square (2303 Route 66) is expected to open in October. R.J. Brunelli President & Principal Danielle Brunelli and Sales Associate Peter Miller brokered the transaction.
