Lee & Associates Signs 3 in Manhattan

Lee & Associates NYC Executive Managing Director and Principal Mark Kapnick has recently completed three retail leases in three different neighborhoods.

Sushi Inoue will open in the first quarter of 2022 at 223 West 125th St., just below the new Apollo Theater, bringing its authentic omakase and Tokyo-styled sushi to Harlem. Kapnick represented both the tenant and landlord 223 West 125th Street in the 15-year lease. Stan Lindenfeld of Lee & Associates NYC also represented the landlord. The asking rent was $150 per square foot.

Wow Wine & Spirits, a beer, wine and spirits store will open its 11th store at 10 Park Avenue in Murray Hill. Kapnick represented the tenant for the 15-year lease. Peter Braus, J.P. Sutro and Morris Dweck of Lee & Associates NYC represented landlord 10 Park Avenue Tenant Corp. the asking rent was $150 per square foot.

Adinas Jewels,  a fashion jewelry company, is moving from clicks to bricks, opening a popup retail location on the ground floor of 68 Prince Street in Soho, previously occupied by high-end Swiss brand, Bally. Kapnick represented the landlord, 68 Prince Street LLC, in the 12-month lease. Roy Dervich of Breakwater Holdings LLC represented the tenant. Asking rent was $500 per square foot.
