One Medical, a membership-based primary care practice has signed for 4,615 square feet of medical retail space, plus 825 square feet of lower-level space at 919 Third Ave. in Midtown East, announced Lee & Associates NYC.
A Lee & Associates team of Peter Braus, Gregory Tannor and Mark Kapnick represented landlord SL Green in the transaction. A CBRE team of Stephen Sjurset and Rob Bonicoro represented One Medical.
“One Medical is a great amenity for 919 Third and for Midtown East,” said Braus, managing principal and co-founder of Lee & Associates NYC. “This new location will bring high quality, immediate medical care to a densely populated part of New York City.”
One Medical has 15 additional locations throughout New York City and is available in 12 major markets nationwide. It joins a roster of prominent tenants at 919 Third Ave. including Bloomberg LP and famed restaurant P.J. Clarke’s.
