Muss Development LLC has signed Summit Health to a long-term, 12,379-square-foot lease at the developer’s shopping center located at 7000 Austin St. in Forest Hills, Queens, New York. With over 340 existing medical practice locations, the healthcare provider will bring facilities that specialize in ear, nose and throat services to Forest Hills. It plans to open this fall.

Tenants at 7000 Austin St. include Target, Starbucks, T.G.I. Friday’s, Men’s Wearhouse, Elara Health and Achieve Beyond. Built by Muss Development, the 80,000 square foot property includes over 400 parking spaces and expanded to its current size in 1995.
Muss Development was represented internally by Bill Bergman, senior vice president of leasing at the firm. Summit Health was represented by Ben Birnbaum, vice chairman of Newmark.
