With an elegant and stately marble façade rising above a cast-iron storefront, this is one of the original buildings that gave Tribeca its signature look and is now returning it to its former glory.
Throughout history the building has been passed on to manufacturers and businesses, but now will make its debut as luxury residential lofts with rentals beginning later this year.
