Private aviation company EvoJets has come in for a corporate landing at 220 East 23rd St. JLL completed the lease for approximately 3,982 square feet of office space on behalf of A. Shalom Realty & Management Company.

EvoJets, which provides on-demand jet charter services nationally and internationally, will occupy the entire 13th floor penthouse of the property. The company was founded in Aspen, Colorado in 2006, and is headquartered in New York City.

The JLL team of Bill Korchak, managing director, Edward DiTolla, senior vice president, and Henry Warner, associate vice president, represented the landlord in the transaction. EvoJets was represented by Peter Johnson and Leah Zafra from Avison Young.

“Flexibility has proven to be a key factor in attracting high-caliber tenants such as EvoJets to 220 East 23rd St. where the convenience of a move-in ready office positions the property to outperform other Class B assets in the market,” said Korchak.
