Pādel Nuestro, Spain’s largest supplier of Padel tennis rackets, shoes and accessories, is coming to the United States with a 3,000-square-foot store at 310-318 N.W. 25th St.
Pādel Nuestro is Spain’s largest supplier of Pādel rackets, shoes and accessories. The store will feature a fully built demo area to allow customers to test gear before buying and will carry many well-known brands such as Asics, Head, Adidas, as well as exclusive brands and merchandise designed and created exclusively for Pādel Nuestro customers.
““We are excited to have helped Pādel Nuestro secure this ideal space for their flagship store and entrance into the US. We are confident that being a first-to-market concept will allow Pādel Nuestro to create a strong brand identity here, being in the heart of an eclectic and fast-growing neighborhood like Wynwood,” said Ryan Tucker, director at Ripco Real Estate, who with Jeremy Modest represented the tenant. Bernardita Bandi and Andres Nava of Metro 1 Commercial were the agency brokers.
One of the most active blocks in the Wynwood neighborhood, the location is the home of tenants including Grace Loves Lace Bridal, Kanopy Streetwear, Barcelona Wine Bar and Rosemary’s. A 120-key Moxy Hotel is under construction.
The asking rent for the five-year lease was $85 per square foot.
