Atco Properties & Management Renews 24,000SF

Atco Properties & Management announced that four of its current office tenants — Cornerstone Office Services, Telsey Holdings, N-Tier Financial Services and SBR Wovens — signed lease renewals totaling 24,102 square feet.

“Given the options currently available on the market, we are delighted that Cornerstone Office Services, Telsey Holdings, N-Tier Financial Services and SBR Wovens will continue their tenancy with Atco,” said Kate Hemmerdinger Goodman, co-president of Atco Properties & Management. “These four renewals are emblematic of the strong relationships we form with our tenants and demonstrate their appreciation for our high-quality assets and hands-on approach to management.”

Cornerstone Office Services Inc. will remain on the entire 14th floor of 555 Fifth Ave. in 12,281 square feet of space. The firm provides professional and congenial office space in which small to mid-sized companies can maintain a New York City base of operations from which to grow their businesses. In the same building, Telsey Holdings LLC renewed for 6,879 square feet on the seventh floor. Telsey Holdings is a woman-owned research, trading, banking and consulting brokerage firm focused on the consumer sector.

For these two leases, Hemmerdinger Goodman represented building ownership in-house. No tenant brokers were involved in the transactions and asking rents were $65 per square foot.

At 381 Park Avenue South, N-Tier Financial Services LLC renewed its lease for 2,534 square feet on the seventh floor. The software developer provides clients with custom solutions to transform how they manage both their data and content. The brokers for the landlord were Robert Tunis, Kyle Berlinsky and Joseph Mangiacotti of Colliers; N-Tier was represented by Jared Newman of CBRE. The asking rent was $62 per square foot. Also at the building, textile firm SBR Wovens LLC has renewed its lease for 2,408 square feet on the 13th floor and 100 square feet in the basement. Hemmerdinger Goodman represented building ownership in-house; no tenant broker was involved in the transaction and the asking rent was $62 per square foot.
