A Look Inside THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands Designed by Arquitectonica and Meyer Davis

Located in Miami’s Bay Harbor Islands, THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands is the nation’s first THE WELL-branded condo building and is at the forefront of supporting an ultimate holistic, 360-degree wellness lifestyle.

With a harmonious design by Arquitectonica and interior spaces carefully curated by Meyer Davis in collaboration with THE WELL, THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands is a six-story luxury residential building with 54 bespoke residences for sale, more than 22,000 square feet of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center and a 4,000-square-foot signature food and beverage establishment. The project will also include a class A office building totaling 102,000 square feet across a lobby, four floors of offices, and the rooftop.

THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands will set a new benchmark for integrated, holistic living, with a design harkening back through the decades of design under the Miami sun and brought to life in a modern and timeless way that puts wellness at the center of every design element.

The residences are designed with all the senses in mind: easy, fluent angles, a warm, neutral palette, amenities made for the body, mind and spirit, and design details that give each room a sense of immersive and holistic wellness.

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is exclusively handling the marketing and sales for the project, which offers one- to four-bedroom residences ranging in size from approximately 924 to 3,291 square feet with prices starting at $1.2 million. Construction is anticipated to be completed by March 2025.

DESIGN:

THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands design is inspired by the three elements that make Miami one of the best places in the world to reside: sun, sand and water. The design captures those elements through ancient materiality, space and light. The residential lobby features keystone flooring reminiscent of pressed sand and a large water feature surrounded by a grand staircase and massive glass walls with geometric screening to allow the Miami sun to percolate into the space with shadows dancing across both the sand-inspired flooring and central water feature. You feel the design inspiration upon arrival. A wave of calm and restoration — airy, soaring ceilings, stunning natural light and a space designed to promote complete balance — the surrounding natural setting quietly integrated into the flow.

THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands design is also inspired by the old-world charm of Miami as embodied by classic 1920s Spanish design, including terracotta, keystone, lush landscaping and rattan — but brought together in a distinctly modern way. The design also takes cues from the MIMO (Miami Modern) style from 1950-60s Miami Beach, including the large MIMO-style screening that helps shade the residential lobby and creates beautiful lighting as the sun shines through.

Each of the building’s 54 inspired homes are designed to put well-being at the center of life. Spacious balconies, open light-filled layouts, a meditation corner, a yoga mat, and wellness accessories can be found in the residences.
