The Tranzonic Companies, whose brands include cleaning, maintenance, and personal protection products in away-from-home markets, has named Matt Robertson its chief commercial officer. Robertson will lead the commercial sales and marketing teams across The Tranzonic Companies to expand strategic growth.
Robertson comes to Tranzonic from Synagro, where he developed new product lines, implemented commercial processes and sales force effectiveness efforts and aggressively grew sales. Previously, during his years with DuPont, Robertson successfully led all aspects of marketing in 130 countries.
“As we continue to grow organically and through acquisition, Matt adds to our executive management team the requisite skill set and leadership skills to drive revenue growth and acquisition integration,” said Tom Friedl, CEO, The Tranzonic Companies. “His core values mesh with our culture and continuous improvement environment.”
Previously, Robertson served with distinction in the U.S> Air Force in a variety of roles including presidential advance agent, C-5 instructor aircraft commander and flight commander, and chief of strategic airlift assignment. He earned his MBA from Duke University and also holds a master’s degree in management from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia.
