Shake Shack is expanding to Jackson Heights, Queens in 2024 with a location at 82-11 37th Ave. This will be Shake Shack’s 51st location in the state of New York and the fourth company-owned location in Queens.
Shake Shack is known for its made-to-order Angus beef burgers, crispy chicken, hand-spun milkshakes, house-made lemonades, beer, wine and more. The Jackson Heights Shack will continue to serve up all the classics, including the Shack Burger, crinkle-cut fries, hand-spun shakes and the new Veggie Shack and Non-Dairy Shake and Frozen Custard offerings. The Shack’s 2,727-square-foot location will offer guests an indoor dining experience along Jackson Heights’ prime retail corridor, which is in close proximity to Elmhurst Hospital.
Benjamin Weiner and Christopher Walther of Ripco Real Estate and Kostas Koutsothanasis of RockFarmer Properties represented the landlord, RockFarmer Properties, in the transaction. Roberto Rhett of GoodSpace NYC represented the tenant, Shake Shack, which signed a long-term lease for the new space.
