Brokerage Ripco Real Estate announced the completion of four leases totaling 6,769 square feet at Edgewater Marketplace in Edgewater, New Jersey, owned by Capstone Realty Group. Located at 725 River Rd., the center is anchored by Trader Joe’s.
The deals include a 1,695-square-foot lease with Laser Away, a leading national laser hair removal and aesthetic dermatologist provider; a 2,674-square-foot lease with Rumble Fitness, a full-body, boxing inspired concept offering group classes; a 1,200-square-foot lease with Pure Bliss Yoga, a yoga studio offering in-person, livestream and on-demand video classes in addition to seasonal outdoor yoga courses and a 1,200 square foot lease with Northwell Health Medical, New York State’s largest health care provider and private employer. These brands join recently opened Tribeca Pediatrics and Jersey Mike’s.
