X Team Retail Advisors, a national organization comprised of more than 350 retail real estate affiliate specialists located in 44 markets across the U.S. and Canada, has added The Econic Company, a Bay Area firm that specialize in landlord and tenant services to its roster.

Chung had been exploring possible platforms his company could join for about a year, and said X Team was the most aligned with Econics’ core values.
The Econic Company, located in the Bay Area (Campbell, CA), was launched two years ago by Chung, formerly a top producer at Cushman & Wakefield, where he transacted more than $1 billion in total lease consideration. Econic’s client roster includes Adidas, Chic Fil A, Life Time, PGA Superstore, Salon Republic, Darden, Hmart, AT&T, Save Mart Companies, Living Spaces, Inspire Brands, WellBiz Brands, Sutter Health, Fidelity, Cinepolis, Xponential Fitness, Michelin, Iron Chef Morimoto, Protégé, Back Of The House and Orchard City Kitchen.
