Macerich’s open-air shopping center The Shops at Atlas Park in Glendale, New York, announced five new store openings: Northwell Health Physician Partners, T-Mobile, Tiger Schulmann’s, CornDogs by Mr. Cow and Les Aromes NYC, all of which are slated to open by the end of this year.
“The addition of national and locally owned retailers combined with the current strong performance of tenants including Ulta Beauty, TJ Maxx and HomeGoods, set The Shops at Atlas Park apart from other shopping centers in Queens,” said Eric Bunyan, senior vice president of leasing, East Region, for Macerich. “The Shops at Atlas Park offers a robust shopping experience by being an open-air shopping center with top-performing retailers, experiential activities and several restaurants. The addition of these five brands will offer local shoppers and tourists a valuable experience where all their needs can be completed in one place from children’s karate lessons and wellness check-ups to shopping and dining.”
Other tenants at The Shops at Atlas Park include Forever 21, NY Sports Club and Regal Cinemas. The center also has several restaurants which include Starbucks, California Pizza Kitchen, Chili’s, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, office space and medical facilities.
