Living New York, a NYC-based, full-service real estate brokerage, as well as full-service management company with over 10,000 units under its management, has announced they have welcomed The Jener-Mendoza Team to its firm.
The six-person team is headed by veteran agent Michael Jeneralczuk, who has over a decade of real estate experience. Jeneralczuk was previously at Real New York where he was a top producer in both 2022 and 2023, with 598 transactions completed in 2023. He led new development projects at: The Sunrose Tower, 620 W. 153rd Street, 1650 & 1661 Madison Avenue, The Reserve, 215 East 124th Street, 224 West 124th Street, 101 Macombs Place, 2600 7th Avenue and PARLUXE at 71-82 Parsons Blvd.
He is joined by team members: Erick Mendoza, Sebastien Aurelus, Case Bencivenga, Paul Adams and Paul Morrissette.
At Living New York, his team will further expand its focus on new development projects and concentration in representing landlords.
