The Promenade at Coconut Creek open-air retail complex located in Coconut Creek, Florida announced leases with four new tenants: skin and body care retailer Karma Bath & Body Co.; Orientica, a perfumery offering luxury fragrances; mobile technology specialist My Phone Lab and Happy Monkey, the first baby and children’s retailer at the center. Each of these new tenants is either already open or expected to open this fall.

Taking 1,868 square feet, Karma Bath & Body Co. is a family-owned business renowned for its handcrafted and painted bath bombs as well as its diverse range of handmade items, including whipped soap scrubs, clay masks, candles and laundry detergent. This woman-owned family business actively supports local small businesses and vendors by hosting in-store pop-ups and holiday markets. The retailer also organizes special events for children like free meet-and-greets with the Easter Bunny and Santa or The Grinch as well as various all-age “making parties” where participants can create their own body care products. It is scheduled to open this month.

Orientica, a perfumery featuring perfumes from Dubai, helps its customers select a scent that is the perfect fit for their personality and image. It recently opened in 1,045 square feet.

My Phone Lab specializes in repairing phones, computers, tablets and Apple watches and offers a wide range of accessories, including cases and chargers. Additionally, the retailer provides a selection of unlocked phones and computer. It is scheduled to open in 1,801 square feet in October.

Home to beautiful baby and children’s brands that support sustainability, safety and mindfulness, Happy Monkey offers a high-quality curated selection of toys, accessories and clothing that that spark imaginations and grow as children grow. The retailer’s new art studio, located inside the shop, offers engaging classes designed for the developmental stages and interests of children ages 4 to 10. It is scheduled to open in 1,000 square feet in October.
