TF Cornerstone has signed a lease with Somedays Bakery for the ground floor of its 4630 Center Blvd. property in the Long Island City neighborhood of Queens, New York. The bakery, known for its innovative baked goods and excellent coffee, will opening next April, marking its second location in Long Island City, Queens.
A provider of artisanal specialty croissants and La Colombe coffee beverages, Somedays Bakery is a new concept based in Queens, New York that crafts fine croissants using traditional French techniques, laminated dough and highest quality ingredients.
Representing TF Cornerstone, Steven Baker, Daniyel Cohen and Thomas Galo of Winick Realty Group assisted Somedays Bakery’s new 800 square-foot, 15-year lease. This deal marks the first Somedays Bakery location within TF Cornerstone’s larger property portfolio. Eddie Mamiye of Mod Commercial Realty, representing Somedays Bakery, worked directly with Winick Realty Group to secure the deal.
