Developer 280 E Palmetto Park Road LLC has appointed Kast Construction as the general contractor for its forthcoming Glass House Boca Raton. Located at 280 East Palmetto Park Rd. in. Boca Raton, Fla., Glass House Boca Raton, the first modern glass building in the heart of downtown Boca Raton, features 28 residences. The nine-story luxury development with rooftop amenities on the 10th level is expected to be completed in Q1 2027.

On the first floor, residents will enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center with outdoor turf lanes, sauna, steam room and a plunge pool in addition to a residents-only “Palmetto Lounge,” which will offer demitasse and a tranquil space to meet privately.
Two levels of underground parking that is EV charger-ready will provide two parking spaces for every residence, including a limited number of private two-car garages, and air-conditioned storage.
