Kaliber Management, a top-100 U.S. manufactured home community operator, has appointed Brent Dudley as its new president.
Known for its professional real estate management services and its vertically integrated business model, which includes in-house construction, community development and a manufactured home retail division, Kaliber manages over 2,000 units across the southeastern United States, including campground and RV destination resorts. This leadership expansion complements the role of Bryce McMurry, co-founder and CEO, who will continue to guide Kaliber Management’s operations as the company positions itself for scale and growth.
Brent Dudley brings a wealth of expertise to the role, with a proven track record of growing businesses, leading cross-functional global teams and driving strategic growth initiatives. His experience spans real estate, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business development, financial structuring, transaction negotiations and systems implementation.
