Dallas-based Kobalt Investment Company has launched Kobalt Retail Services, a third-party management and retail brokerage. The new division will be led by Haylee Swinton, a commercial real estate veteran with over 10 years of industry experience.
The new platform will provide comprehensive property management and leasing services to both landlords and tenants.

In 2024, Swinton was responsible for leasing 1.2 million square feet of retail commercial property while simultaneously managing numerous tenant representation accounts. She has worked across various facets of retail real estate including market analysis, leasing strategy, development and tenant relations.
