Vortex Companies, a provider of trenchless water and sewer infrastructure solutions, has acquired Prism Contractors & Engineers Inc., a full-service engineering and contracting firm with over 100 years of combined expertise. Prism’s core service offerings include civil engineering and surveying, trenchless rehabilitation and utility construction.
