Dolly’s Swing and Dive, a Dolly Parton-themed dive bar, has signed a lease for 2,350 square feet in its relocation from 101 Kent Avenue to 146 Wythe Ave. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Dolly’s Swing and Dive has been operating in Williamsburg for six years, providing patrons with a unique experience based on the life and music of country legend, Dolly Parton. As part of the expansion, Dolly’s Swing and Dive will begin offering events in addition to its current food and beverage selections.

Garry Steinberg and Brett Brownstein of Lee & Associates NYC represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord was represented in-house by Flatiron Real Estate Advisors, alongside Steinberg and Brownstein.

“The relocation of Dolly’s Swing and Dive marks a significant expansion from its current 800-square-foot space and reaffirms its continued commitment to Williamsburg,” said Brownstein, associate director at Lee & Associates NYC.

Owners of Dolly’s Swing and Dive also operate Midnights in Williamsburg, as well as Hank’s Bar and Vacations Bar in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
