Keener Management has been chosen to manage the Nova at Westchase Apartments, a 123-unit apartment community located at 4033 West Sam Houston Parkway S. in Houston. This is the second property Keener has been awarded by the Trevian Capital team.
Located inside Beltway 8 at the Westpark Tollway, the property is near many parks, premium shopping and dining choices in the area. Situated off two of Houston’s largest thoroughfares, residents have convenient access to the Greater Houston area.
The community, owned by Trevian Capital, offers residents fully furnished or unfurnished studios or one-bedroom floorplans with all bills paid. Each apartment features granite countertops, all electric appliances, built-in microwaves, soft-close cabinetry and high-end designer finishes.
