The Capital Projects division addresses a market need for specialized design-build services focused on existing industrial and commercial spaces. From warehouse renovations and manufacturing facility upgrades to cold storage retrofits and office build-outs, the division provides turnkey solutions that optimize operational efficiency while minimizing disruption to both active environments and vacant buildings.
