Tishman Speyer announced that grab-and-go coffee and sandwich shop Pret A Manger (Pret) has opened at Under 30 Rock at Rockefeller Center.
The shop has opened in 1,700 square feet; the lease term is 10 years.
“With millions of visitors passing through Rockefeller Center each year, our newest shop gives Pret a prime opportunity to bring fresh food and organic coffee to the tenants and visitors of iconic 30 Rock, while adding a little joy into their day. This opening furthers Pret’s commitment to meeting our guests where they are, whether in high‑traffic office buildings, travel hubs, or now at one of New York’s most iconic landmarks,” said Felipe Athayde, president of Pret A Manger North America.
Since first opening in London in 1986, Pret’s mission has been simple: to serve freshly made food and good, organic coffee, while also trying to do the right thing. Under 30 Rock is a curated collection of day-to-night restaurants, bars, takeaway counters, and shops under 30 Rockefeller Plaza. It is on Rockefeller Center’s Rink Level, just steps from its skating rink and accessible via the Rockefeller Center subway stop and elevators on the north and south side of the main plaza, Under 30 Rock is a microcosm of New York City’s vibrant and diverse dining options.
