Bond New York, a full-service real estate brokerage with offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn announced that it has been named the exclusive marketing and leasing agent of The 183, 183-03 Hillside Avenue, Jamaica Estates, Queens, a 46-unit rental new development.
The 183 will house 46 residential apartments of which 15 are affordable housing lottery units on its seven floors. There are 16 studios and 30 one-bedroom units ranging in size from 400 square feet to 763 square feet. Market rents range from $3,000 to $3800 per month.
The project was developed by Ciampa Organization and designed by Marin Architects. Amenities include elevator, fitness center, residents’ lounge, a second-floor outdoor rooftop courtyard, top floor roof deck with sweeping southern views, bike storage, laundry center and in-building parking (by separate subscription).
The units have condo-quality finishes with fully equipped kitchens featuring stainless steel, full-size GE range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Some one-bedroom units also include in-unit washers and dryers. Many second- and seventh-floor apartments feature private outdoor terraces.
