Savills announced three senior leadership appointments within its Global Occupier Services (GOS) business as the firm continues to expand its multi-market, multiservice relationships with corporate occupiers worldwide.
These Global Occupier Services appointments include Ryan Walsh, promoted to executive vice president, global head of transaction management and account operations; Soufian Alsabbagh, promoted to senior vice president, global enterprise solutions and Kelly McGarvey, promoted to global head of strategic consulting.
The promotions strengthen leadership across three areas central to the platform’s continued growth: global transaction and account management, enterprise solutions and strategic consulting, the firm said. Together, the roles are designed to further connect Savills professionals and capabilities across the Americas, EMEA and APAC while supporting consistent service delivery and increasingly integrated solutions for global occupiers.

Walsh will lead Savills established global transaction and account management platform, overseeing service delivery across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. He will focus on advancing alignment, consistency and best practices across regions while continuing to oversee key client engagements and client solution development.
Based in Savills’ New York office, Walsh brings nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He joined Savills in 2021 in a role supporting Global Occupier Services in North America. Over the past five years, he has contributed to a sevenfold increase in managed GOS client accounts in North America and the corresponding expansion of the transaction management and account operations teams supporting those relationships across the globe.
Alsabbagh will be expanding his role in developing customized strategies and integrated solutions to win new global portfolio clients and grow relationships with existing clients across multiple markets and business lines. He is based in New York.
McGarvey will be expanding her leadership responsibilities across the Savills global occupier platform while continuing her existing EMEA co-lead role. In the newly expanded role, McGarvey, based in London, will oversee the global strategic consulting offering. McGarvey joined Savills in January 2026 as a Director within the firm’s Global Occupier Services business and has served as co-lead for GOS Strategic Consulting across EMEA.
