Stonehenge NYC announced the promotion of Adam Grushko to president, recognizing an established leader whose operational expertise, leadership and deep knowledge of the firm’s portfolio have helped build and strengthen Stonehenge’s fully integrated New York City multifamily platform.

The appointment comes as Stonehenge continues to expand its presence across the New York City multifamily market. As President, Mr. Grushko will oversee Stonehenge NYC’s operations across 30 buildings containing over 4 million square feet, including more than 3,700 apartments, 5,000 tenants, 300,000 square feet of commercial, retail and garages. He will continue to lead the teams responsible for the day-to-day operations for the portfolio, including property management, leasing, marketing, construction, capital improvements, compliance, human resources and resident services, helping drive property performance and day-to-day execution throughout the portfolio.

“Adam is an essential part of Stonehenge and over his 15 plus years with the firm, has developed a deep understanding of our properties, residents, teams, and operating model,” said Ofer Yardeni, chairman and chief executive officer of Stonehenge. “He has been instrumental in building and leading the team across our portfolio. His promotion recognizes both the breadth of his contributions and the important role he will continue to play as we grow the platform and create value through operational excellence.”

Since joining Stonehenge in 2011, Mr. Grushko has assumed increasingly expansive responsibilities across the firm’s operations. He oversees integral value creation initiatives ranging from apartment renovations and major building improvements to leasing performance and revenue management. His leadership has helped advance operating efficiency, expense discipline, resident satisfaction, risk management and the successful execution of asset-level business plans throughout the portfolio.

“Stonehenge’s strength comes from the experience of our people and the close collaboration across every part of the organization,” said Mr. Grushko. “I am honored to lead Stonehenge NYC and look forward to continuing to work with the dedicated professionals throughout Stonehenge NYC to enhance the resident experience, improve operational performance and execute on the initiatives that support our long-term objectives.”
